Cultivar: Blend of Okumidori, Okuhikari, Gokou & Yabukita

Harvest: 1st & 2nd

Origin: Uji, Kyoto

Taste: Earthy, rich and balanced

Suitable for: Baking and lattes

Ingredients: 100% Stone ground Japanese green tea

Instructions:

  1. Place 2g of matcha into bowl

  2. Add 70ml of hot water

  3. Whisk quickly to make a rich foam

Keep in a cool, dry place.
Best refrigerated.
